QUALITY MANAGER (ATR 72-500/600 Aircraft) Know More
The incumbent shall be responsible for the following functions:

  • Establishing a Quality Monitoring Program which addresses all the areas of Turbo Megha maintenance & contracted supports.
  • Monitoring all subcontracted activities.
  • Monitoring that all M.A Subpart G activities are being performed i.e. approved procedures.
  • Monitoring the continued compliance with the requirements of Subpart G.
  • Ensuring that all continuing airworthiness documentation is used properly and accordingly.
  • Performing quality surveillance on the continuing airworthiness system.
  • Monitoring and review of the CAME.
  • Preparing of Quality Audit Plan with respect to all the areas and activities of Turbo Megha Airways Pvt Ltd CAMO.
  • Responsible for releasing the Quality Audit Plan for each year.
  • Will be responsible for keeping all the relevant documents and files under lock and key, so that these documents are not be accessible to anyone other than the person responsible for it.
  • Monitoring the training required for all the staff in quality assurance department from time to time so as to maximize their potential to carry out the assigned tasks with higher level of proficiency.
  • The incumbent will be responsible to monitor data w.r.t One Time Authorization (OTA).
  • Monitor ARC/C of A currency status of Turbo Megha fleet including carrying out full audit during ARC/C of A process.
  • Monitor new revisions / amendments to various CARs and CAR M and will also be responsible for amending the check list in order to monitor the compliance of issued revisions by regulations by Turbo Megha CAMO.
  • By pursuing the changes regarding the requirements of DGCA & Indian Aircraft Rules coordinating the reflection of these changes to the company manuals such as CAME, EPM, controlling these changes for compliance with the regulations and prepare them for approval of the Authorities as appropriate.
  • Will be representing as Quality System during enquiries conducted by Turbo Megha Airways Pvt Ltd CAMO with respect to delays, defect investigations, incidents, ground occurrences, etc.
Desirable Qualities

The incumbent should have the ability to establish, quality policies and procedures, to review and evaluate quality of work against established procedures, to identify audit needs, prepare and execute audit plans, to assess the competence and skill level of certifying personnel, auditors, to analyse, judge key issues, potential problems and achieve objectives. Possess communication, interpersonal and leadership skills essentially should possess the ability and experience in liaising with DGCA.



Experience required

Further Minimum 10-15 years of Civil Aviation experience is required out of which Five years shall be in Quality System preferably with ATR Type rated License as AME/Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/electrical, Aeronautical /Defence Personnel with BAMEL in two categories at least. Candidates with Lead Auditor, Course conducted by Institutes Acceptable to DGCA. Trained on CAR M, CAR 145, and HF & SMS would be preferred .

Maintenance Manager Know More
Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • To ensure that Line/Periodic Maintenance and Inspection are carried out according to maintenance schedule
  • Monitor all maintenance/inspection activities and ensure they have been carried out according to appropriate instruction and authority requirements. 
  • Review all assigned activities and co-ordinate with Maintenance Planning to ensure that assignment of manpower is according to pre-planned work. 
  • Report utilization man-hour to Maintenance Planning. 

Time to time Liasioning with DGCA as required and should maintain a good professional terms with DGCA

The Maintenance Manager will assume overall responsibility for the performance of the MCC and the Maintenance Operations team. His/her will devise processes and systems to ensure all functions of MCC are correctly performed and adhered to.

  • To provide technical AOG support to “In Service Aircraft”.
  • Coordinate with OCC to ensure Operations are kept informed of all Technical situations and time scales.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Project Manager for planned maintenance ensuring all required resources are available.
  • MCC will track all Deferred defects, working to clear the defect before the time limit expires and also to keep the number of Deferred defects to a minimum.
  • MCC will write a daily Technical report and update all Maintenance systems.
  • MCC will review all tech log pages.
  • Chair a daily meeting to review previous day and coordinate the current days Maintenance.
  • Mentor and train where necessary Maintenance Operations Staff and constantly seeking to improve staff performance

Must possess the qualification as per DGCA guidelines to represent as PHM

The Maintenance Manager assumes overall responsibility for the running of MCC. The MCC Manager will devise processes to ensure all functions of MCC are correctly performed and will ensure they are adhered to.



Education/ Certification/ Skills and Experience

  • Must have handled 4-10 Fleet of Aircrafts preferably ATR.
  • Must be a base or deputy base manager with an airline.
  • 10-15 years’ Maintenance/ Managerial experience, preferably with Airlines with ATR fleet in India.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to follow directions and remain on task.

Continuing Airworthiness Manager (ATR 72-500/600 Aircraft) Know More
The incumbent shall be responsible for the following functions:

  • The incumbent will ensure that all maintenance is carried out on time and as per the approved AMP & latest maintenance data. He will be ultimately responsible for functioning of Planning, Technical Services and Contracts division of the CAMO. He will act to ensure that Turbo Megha Airways Pvt Ltd’s responsibilities in the following areas can be met.
  • Establishment and development of continuing airworthiness policies and procedures for Turbo Megha Airways Pvt Ltd.
  • To ensure Turbo Megha Airways Pvt Ltd remains in compliance with CAR-M at all times.
  • Ensure development and amendment of Turbo Megha Airways Pvt Ltd aircraft maintenance programme based on MPD/SBs/ADs from Manufacturer and presenting the same to DGCA for approval.
  • Ensure that all maintenance on Turbo Megha Airways Pvt Ltd aircraft is carried out in accordance with the approved maintenance programme (AMP).
  • Coordination with Turbo Aviation Pvt Ltd post holders for all maintenance activities falling within the scope of work of CAR 145 approval.
  • Monitoring and review of the CAME. Further ,incumbent should be responsible for keeping all the relevant documents and files under lock and key, so that these documents are not be accessible to anyone other than the person responsible for it.
  • Ensure that scheduled maintenance, compliance of airworthiness directives, replacement of service life limited parts and component inspection are carried out properly and in a timely manner.
  • Development, amendment, monitoring, control and approval of procedures related to this CAME.
  • Review and implementation, as appropriate, of any additional DGCA requirements.
  • Renewal of approval of organization.
  • Preparation and amendment of AMP, MEL, Techlog, Maintenance schedule etc. and their approval from DGCA as required.
  • Carryout Audit as per AUDIT PLAN and other relevant job responsibility as assigned from time to time.
Experience required
